Assessing the copyright system
For over 10 years, Cupore has been working at evaluating the efficiency of national copyright systems. A methodological framework was developed to assess the operation of the copyright system in different countries. The framework is mainly designed for research purposes but is freely available to be used by anyone. The methodology is created to support the formulation of copyright and related rights policies and strategies, to increase transparency and to provide an information base for public discussion.
