Evaluation of the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture
Cupore is conducting an evaluation of the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture, coordinated by the Nordic Culture Point. The programme supports the mobility and networking of artists and cultural professionals, as well as artist residencies, across the Nordic and Baltic countries.
The evaluation examines the programme’s relevance, accessibility, impact and development needs during the current programme period. The research is based on an analysis of funding and application data, other documentary materials, a stakeholder survey and interviews. The aim of the evaluation is to generate knowledge about the programme’s role in Nordic-Baltic cultural cooperation and to support its further development. The evaluation will be carried out between autumn 2026 and spring 2027, commissioned by the Nordic Culture Point.
