State of Cultural Policy aims to provide a comprehensive overview and increase understanding of the current state of Finnish cultural policy. The project operates separately from day-to-day politics and is based on independent research.
The project is funded by the Finnish Cultural Foundation and the Jenny and Antti Wihuri Foundation, and organised in cooperation with the Amos Anderson Fund and the Nordic Culture Point.
Cupore – the Center for Cultural Policy Research – is a leading expert organisation in cultural policy research. It produces and disseminates research, studies, and evaluations to support decision‑making and civil society. Cupore is maintained by the Foundation for Cultural Policy Research.
