Cupore is looking for a new office partner

How would a new bright and spacious workspace in central Helsinki sound like? Does it happen to be the time to move your organisation into a modern office environment or switch an oversized office for a more compact and community-oriented alternative?

Cupore is currently looking for a new tenant for its office in Sörnäinen, Helsinki.

We are offering an office room of approximately 23 m², suitable for the daily work of a small team or the occasional workspace needs of a larger organisation. In addition to the office room, the tenant will have access to the office’s shared facilities and the extensive services available within the building. The office on Käenkuja supports everything from day-to-day organisational work to meetings and events.

Who is the space suitable for?

We are primarily looking for a non-profit organisation whose activities would fit naturally alongside Cupore’s work. We particularly encourage enquiries from:

• Associations and NGOs
• Foundations
• Cultural and arts organisations
• Research projects and research groups
• Other mission-driven organisations

In addition to the office space itself, we offer the opportunity to become part of a community built around cultural policy research.

Office details

The office room is approximately 23 m² in size and comfortably accommodates three workstations.

Rent: €1,000/month

The rent includes:

• Electricity
• Water
• Cleaning services
• Security services
• Access to all shared office facilities

Shared facilities include:

• A large communal kitchen
• Two well-equipped bookable meeting rooms
• A dedicated room for online meetings
• Two phone booths
• Shared lounge and working areas

In addition, tenants have access to the office building’s free gym.

Please note that internet access is not included in the rent.

Rental terms

A fixed-term lease agreement of at least one year will be signed with the tenant. After the initial fixed term, the agreement will continue with a three-month notice period.
