Cupore evaluates the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture

Cupore has launched an evaluation of the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture, coordinated by the Nordic Culture Point. The programme supports mobility, networking and residency activities for artists and cultural professionals across the Nordic and Baltic countries.

The evaluation will examine the programme’s significance, accessibility and impact, and identify areas for further development during the current programme period. The aim is to generate insights into the programme’s role as part of Nordic-Baltic cultural cooperation and to support its future development.

The evaluation will be carried out between autumn 2026 and spring 2027, commissioned by the Nordic Culture Point.
