Jukka Kortelainen

I have been working part-time in Cupore's copyright-related projects since 2013. My research has mainly focused on the implementation of the methodology for assessing the operation of copyright and related rights systems in Finland. I also took part in the piloting of WIPO Guidelines on assessing the economic, social and cultural impact of copyright (ESCIA) in 2014-2016.

I completed a Master of Social Sciences degree (MSocSc) at the University of Jyväskylä in 2015. Currently, I am writing my dissertation on the philosophy of copyright, with particular focus on the questions of authorship and follow-on creation.

Currently on leave.
